Shipping policy

Ready to Ship items are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. Processing time for customized items vary. Please see item description for processing timeframes. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates & Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Rate will vary upon shipping method selected. 

Local Delivery

Local delivery is available for a flat $25 within 10 miles of zip code 95828. There is no purchase minimum. We will contact you via text message with the phone number you provided at checkout to coordinate.

Local Pickup

You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at 9165 Elk Grove Florin Road, Suite 155, Elk Grove, CA 95624 inside AlainaRay's Salon & Barber Lounge. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, we will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions.

Our in-store pickup hours are Sunday 11:00 am - 6:00pm and Monday 1:00pm - 8:00pm. Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come.

International Shipping

At this time, we do not offer international shipping. 

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 14 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at support@byernestine.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Shipping to P.O. Boxes

Only USPS will allow shipments to PO Boxes.

UPS will only accept shipments to a valid street address. UPS will not deliver to P.O. Boxes. If you choose UPS as your shipping method and use a P.O. Box, your order may be delayed, will not be covered by any UPS Service Guarantee, and will require an address correction charge.

Refunds, Returns & Exchanges

Please inspect your order upon reception. In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at support@byernestine.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis, but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

To start a return, you can contact us at support@byernestine.com with all pertinent details, along with receipt or proof of purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use.

If your return is accepted, shipping cost are the customer's responsibility. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
